“Mac’s employees aren’t even real makeup artists. The ones at the stores as, yes, but the counters are different. They are trained under Estee Lauder (whom owns Mac) to sell the products, not apply. Just like Lancome employees, and everything else Estee Lauder owns (which is practically everything -.-). They are given makeup application courses maybe 1-3 times a year. The employees to be hired are just supposed to give a quick and brief makeover to one of their friends that they bring into their interview. If they are able to make them decent looking then they are good to go.”
